What about software and usage costs?

Model usage, hosting and third-party services can create additional running costs. We explain the expected costs and allowances in your proposal and agree how additional usage is handled. We do not enable automatic resource overages without your approval.

What if the potential benefit does not justify the cost?

We will recommend against the implementation, reduce the scope or suggest a simpler alternative. The purpose of the review is to help you make a sound decision, not to ensure every conversation leads to an AI build.

Does AI work use my support hours?

AI Core itself doesn’t use your support hours. Implementation work beyond Core can use your hours if you choose, or we’ll quote it separately. Nothing chargeable starts without your approval.
