Overview
Skin Shop has established itself as a leading producer of quality, naturally derived skincare products, proven to improve common skin problems.
They had already established the brand and had a successful website (built on Magento 1) but it was becoming outdated. outer/edge was approached to upgrade the website to Magento 2 with a brand new, fully bespoke design.
After a successful launch, we have been working continuously to improve the site in terms of both performance and functionality. A big part of this site is customer retention, and so the primary focus has been on the user journey and the implementation of loyalty schemes and remarketing through Loyalty Lion and Klaviyo.
Recently we have implemented Breeze which has delivered exceptional performance and Google Pagespeed scores with minimal effort and without a full rebuild.
